Caliphate

The first step in meeting customer expectations with the highest quality is mold design and production. In this department, where our expert team works with high precision according to customer requirements in terms of dimensions and tolerances, special and standard profiles are designed and produced using the most modern technologies. Our goal is to deliver the highest quality by combining flawless surfaces with ideal mold design.

Extrusion

Anodized

140,000 m²/month production capacity Anodized coating thickness: 5-25 microns Installed Power: 5200 amps Anodized profile production up to 7000 mm Custom coloring options available upon customer request In the anodizing department, we produce unique solutions for each customer by providing high protection and an aesthetic appearance on the profiles.

Paint shop

240 tons/month production capacity Profile painting up to 6.5 meters Comprehensive protection with pre-surface treatment baths Painting option in all RAL colors In our paint shop, we offer customized painting solutions for your projects with every color option.

Quality Control

Our production processes are guaranteed by TS EN 755 1-9, TS EN 12020-1, TS EN 4922, and ISO 9001 quality standards. Our R&D and product development activities are continuously improved by our expert staff. We aim to maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction by continuously improving our quality.

Shipment

Completed products are wrapped in protective film according to customer requirements, carefully packaged, and palletized to be ready for delivery. In line with our principle of timely delivery, we ensure that every product reaches our customers safely and without issue.
